- Certified Personal Trainer
- Certified Chiropractic Assistant
Dan went to Cal State Bakersfield from 1992-97 and was on the university wrestling team. In 2001, he earned his credential as a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has been a valued assistant wrestling coach for Bend High school for 4 years. In 2009, he was certified as a Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise and he earned recognition as a Certified Chiropractic Assistant by the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Dan believes that good health is a result of exercise and conscientious food choices. “For the most part, we train our bodies to feel good or bad depending on every day choices.” Dan’s passion is connecting with each client on an individual basis and developing an exercise program that improves balance, core, strength and flexibility.
Dan’s favorite things to do is spending time with his family, playing with his two labs in the river, wrestling, mountain biking and going to the lake. Grilling good food and enjoying Bend’s great weather is a must for Dan. A dream day for Dan would be, letting the sun wake him up, taking his family and dogs to the river, work out, grill up some good food and then a family walk to watch the sun go down.
