Patient Care Coordinator
We are looking for individuals that are highly organized, resourceful, self-starters with strong computer skills and great personality, interested in working in a healthcare environment.
HOURS: 30 - 40 hours per week
JOB DUTIES:
- Patient care coordination
- Scheduling
- Answering phones
- Sales transactions
- Processing medical records requests
- Financial day-end
- Attending meetings
- Filling in for different positions within the company
- Completing management-directed tasks
- Performing company tasks
- Project work
- Office organization
- Ensuring compliance with processes
- Maintaining strict patient confidentiality
- Using insurance websites to keep informed (verity, DMAP, Medicare, Care Oregon, ect.) and sign up for alerts/newsletters and communicate insurance changes with Operations Manager
- Performing other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Some college education is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, OneNote and Outlook is a plus
- Background in medical, billing, insurance or accounting is also a plus
